JIS F05 and F07 Connectors and Components:


FiberFin produces TOSLink and PN/F07 cables to the JIS specifications using OEM Connectors and OEM Plastic Optical Fiber. We manufacture our cables with the industry's best optical data cable like the Mitsubishi ESKA ® Polymer fiber whether it is GHCP or the GHV cable or the 5mm Diameter professional line of audio cable. The attenuation (optical loss) is less than 0.15dB/m on this premium data grade cable (this allows our cables to perform at much longer lengths than the competition). FiberFin POF cables produce the finest quality audio signal. We also can make your cable assembly with our Armored jacket shielding this made of high quality Stainless steel.

(The same manufacturer that makes the pay phone cords and you know how tough they are!).

 

Then these cables are terminated using the FiberFin 4 diamond-finishing machine to guarantee that the surface finish is better than a 4um micro finish and that all the cables are the same. This gives you the most reliable and maximum performance. The LS-TL1000 connector that we use on our cables is a precision-machined metal sleeve that perfectly aligns and supports the plastic optical fiber.

 

 

FiberFin also has a line of strain relief's that work with the LS-TL1000 TOSLink connector.
So if you have a larger audio network you can custom color code these assemblies.
