What is diamond finishing?

 

It is a machine process that using a very highly polished diamond (single crystal) that it is rotating that machines the end of the fiber/connector to a mirror finish. This is done at a high rate of speed so that your production is very fast. Two connectors in less than 3 seconds!
This process is so unique that we patented it!

  and the FiberFin 140 can finish 140 mm in diameter this process is much longer though as it take a few minutes.
