    Hot Plate termination kit for the i.LINK® 
 
Features:
  • This POF termination tool is low voltage (24volts dc) and it comes with an 110v AC/DC voltage converter, two tooling blocks for different connectors and inspection equipment

  • The integrated circuitry controls the temperature of the mirrored hot plate to the correct melting and curing temperatures to achieve a completely controlled automatic cycle

  •  The heating cycle consists of the mirrored plate heating up to the controlled melting temperature, a red light indicates this process, approximately 10-12 seconds
  •  The curing cycle consists of a cooling fan cooling the mirrored plate down until the correct temperature that cures the POF. The green light indicates that the cycle is in progress, cycle time 5-7 seconds, then the green light goes off when the cycle is completed.

  •  Then in about 3 seconds the hot melt process cycle starts again.

  • The total cycle takes about 15-20 seconds.

  • With the automatic cycle it is a very easy to use and gives you maximum production rates.
